BROWNS Student Accommodation

(Apartments/Student House/Student Townhouse) Fees – Adults

Students under 18 are not permitted to stay in the BROWNS Apartments or Student Houses. BROWNS airport pick up service is compulsory with Brisbane Apartments/Houses (Quay Street, Johnson, Panorama & Vue Apartments)), Gold Coast Apartments/Houses (Bright Avenue, Lawson Street, Louise Street, and Lenneberg Street), and Melbourne Apartments (Docklands Executive Apartment and Flagstaff Square Apartments) bookings.

Brisbane Apartments

BROWNS airport pick-up service is required for all bookings.

BROWNS Homestay Fees – Adults

Students can enter homestay no earlier than one week before their course start date, and must leave no later than one week after their course finishes.

*Fees are subject to change without notice. If two or more friends/family apply together, follow the same course dates and stay in the same accommodation, one application/placement fee applies per family. BROWNS Student Accommodation Placement Fee will be charged for change of homestay. Master Suite may be available for single or couple. Couples must both study at BROWNS. Only one Check Out Cleaning Fee will be charged per couple booking the Master Suite. Students under 18 are not permitted to stay in the student apartments or student houses.

Tuition, Application Fee, Resource Fee, Accommodation Placement Fee and PSP+ Activities
Applications received before 5 pm, Monday 29th December 2025 (AEST) will be charged the 2025 Tuition Fee rates, Application Fee, weekly Resource Fee, Barista Materials Fee, PSP+ Activities weekly fee, and Accommodation Placement Fee, regardless of their course start and finish date.

Other Fees
Applications received before 5 pm, Saturday 1st November 2025 (AEST) will be charged the 2025 rates for non-tuition fees, regardless of the course start and finish date. Applications received after this time will be charged 2026 non-tuition fees for any portion of the course that falls within the 2026 calendar year.
