Applications received before 5 pm, Monday 29th December 2025 (AEST) will be charged the 2025 Tuition Fee rates, Application Fee, weekly Resource Fee, Barista Materials Fee, PSP+ Activities weekly fee, and Accommodation Placement Fee, regardless of their course start and finish date.
Other Fees
Applications received before 5 pm, Saturday 1st November 2025 (AEST) will be charged the 2025 rates for non-tuition fees, regardless of the course start and finish date. Applications received after this time will be charged 2026 non-tuition fees for any portion of the course that falls within the 2026 calendar year.

What’s included in your resource fee?
BROWNS includes a Resource Fee surcharge in all bookings to ensure each student has the expected resources needed for their stay.
The fee covers access to wifi internet services and downloads, handouts, access to specialist books and software, the printing of additional resources, and access to some excursions. Depending on your course, the Resource Fee may also include a course book allowance and access to online additional book resources.
How many course books are included in my Resource Fee?
Your Resource Fee may include a course book allowance based on the number of weeks of study included in your booking:
- 1-3 weeks: No course book entitlements. Books available to purchase from reception
- 4-10 weeks: 1 course book
- 11-20 weeks: up to 2 course books
- 21-30 weeks: up to 3 course books
- 31-40 weeks: up to 4 course books
- 41-50 weeks: up to 5 course books
- 51-60 weeks: up to 6 course books
